Manager Micky Taylor said the commitment from Striker Julian Topliss was key to his plans to revitalise the club and believes he can be one of the leagues top scorers next season.
The move bolsters an area that Cobras boss Taylor set out as a priority when he took over as manager. Topliss joins Clipstone along with Dean Rick and another hugely highly rated striker (announcement to be made tomorrow, Sunday).
The Cobras chief added: “I am over the moon to have Julian with us. He is quick, strong, scores goals and reads the game better than many players. He is a top quality goalscorer and a fantastic player”.
“I worked with Julian previously and I’m delighted to be working with him again”.
Topliss has been at Sherwood Colliery and Shirebrook Town.
