Covid restrictions prior to Boxing Day

Covid restrictions prior to Boxing Day

Food and drinks are not allowed under tier 3 restrictions to be sold for consumption within ground

Therefore no food or drinks will be available at ground until further notice.

It was brought to the leagues attention that clubs are having food and drink consumed within their grounds and also on social media advertising such for forthcoming games.

After again clarifying this matter with the FA who Reference DCMS and the Government Guidelines , That Food and drink can only be TAKEAWAY and not to be consumed within the ground , UNLESS ;-

either ,

1, Said Club contacts their local authority and gets Permission to have Food/ Drink consumed within the Ground (but not in bar etc ) and then sends such email proof from the authority to the league.

2, Said Club send an email to the league stating that they have spoken to their local authority and permission has been given to have Food/ Drink consumed within the Ground (but not in bar etc )

any Club that does sell Food/ Drink within their grounds for consumption within the ground runs the risk of Action being taken by the league , and also any covid enforcement officer from the local authority
