Solly Limb is hugely regarded by the club as a very exciting talent. The striker has regularly been a scorer and creator of goals throughout his schoolboy years. He is a very talented, skilful individual who was also made under 21’s captain last season.

Following his debut season at the under 21 level the teenager scored 9 goals in 11 games which earned him a debut from the substitutes bench against Penistone Church under the previous manager Ian Cotton and made a further three appearances that season.

Solly started off pre-season in red hot form with 7 goals in 7 games and featured in the first team where he also scored the winner over Chesterfield in pre-season.

Currently he has five goals in five matches along with the captains armband for Gary Bailey’s under 21’s. He also made his senior Clipstone debut when he came on in an FA Cup draw against Barton Town and has made a further ten appearances and his first goal in a home match against Selston.
